Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, drops, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Estimated delivery windows begin once your order has shipped:

• United States: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, and regional logistics.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Auren Oath is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked “delivered” but not received.

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist by providing documentation when necessary.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local government.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Packages that are refused or returned due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or unclaimed deliveries will be refunded minus shipping costs, once received back at our facility.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aurenoath.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
